Cancellation: You may cancel your room reservation at any time. To avoid misunderstandings it is recommended to declare the cancellation in writing. Effective day is the date of arrival of your cancellation notice to us.

Cancellation fees are calculated as follows:
to 31 days before arrival 10% of the price
from 30th to 21st day before arrival 20% of the price
from 20th to 12th day before arrival 40% of the price
from 11th to 4th day before arrival 60% of the price
3 days before arrival, no show or early departure 90% of the price

No cancellation fee will be payable if it is possible for us to sublet the room during the relavant period.
