At this traditional Finnish form of perspiration there is an intense and rapid heating of the body caused by high temperatures of about 90 degrees Celsius and low humidity. The contrasts of hot and cold, of stimulation and relaxation, boost your metabolism, rejuvenate your body and strengthen your immune system.
